A nurse in Kentucky was beaten unconscious during an attack at a medical facility.[1] Houston podiatrist Douglas Hansen was arrested after a hidden camera was discovered in the bathroom of his office at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Plaza.[1] The employee found a camera under the sink, pointed at the toilet, and filmed it with her cell phone.[1] She called security and called 911, after which officers checked the recording on the device.[1] Hansen was charged with attempted unauthorized visual recording and arrested the same day on February 20.[1] He was given a $100 bond in court on February 27, which he posted and is due to return on April 9.[1] Investigators are analyzing the camera footage to determine what was recorded and how long it was there.[1] Hansen's defense attorney says there is no evidence of inappropriate records or patient harm.[1]
