The study analyzed research on childhood allergic diseases (eczema, allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma and cough variant asthma) in the years 2014–2024 using bibliometrics. The data came from the Web of Science, Scopus and PubMed databases, and only English articles and reviews were included. VOSviewer and CiteSpace tools were used to evaluate the number of publications, author and country collaboration, citations and keyword development. Most studies have focused on eczema, and research in this area is growing significantly. Asthma with the cough variant has been studied the least, with approximately 110 papers over 10 years. The United States and China were among the main countries with the most active authors. Research topics have shifted from general epidemiologic studies to the microbiome, genetics, specific treatment, environmental factors, comorbidities, and the impact of COVID-19. Research networks were better connected in some diseases than in others, the weakest in asthma with the cough variant.
