The article describes spider-like vessels in a child with retinopathy of prematurity. Retinopathy of prematurity is a disease of the retina that affects premature babies. These abnormal vessels have a web-like appearance visible on ophthalmoscopic examination. This is a clinical case published in the New England Journal of Medicine.
